Food is always fresh, hot, and within a reasonable time. Great staff!

Absolutely awful customer service. Order was wrong and they were unwilling to correct it. Their attitude was the worst I've experienced when confronted with a mistake. I was told to 'shut up' multiple times because they 'can't deal with customers'. I work in the food service industry, so I know firsthand that you shouldn't be in the industry if you can't handle fixing your own mistake.
The food is fresh and very tasty, one of the best Chinese restaurants I've ever ate at.
Barely edible Chinese food, but better than most in this area. I live 3.1 miles away and they refused to deliver to my house even though it says on their website they deliver up to 4 miles. False advertising! Horrible customer service. The little girl who answers the phone has a horrible attitude on her. They will not be getting any more of my business.
