Their service department only works on Harleys, so if you have something else, you're out of luck.
Big dealership. Lots of activity on the weekend. If you are into Harleys then this is the place to go. Was there on a weekend and every time they made a sale they started honking all the horns on the bikes inside and made an announcement proclaiming the new owners.
Anthony in service and JT in parts, were super helpful in getting my lighting needs met. Sean, the GM took care of some issues I had and went over and beyond to ensure I was happy when I left the dealership. Fantastic job!
Also, I forgot to mention Don , the service manager. He was very patient with me when I expressed my taillight issue. He offered many helpful options and went beyond the call of duty. Kenny worked with Don as well to provide excellent customer service! Thanks to all!
I was provided outstanding service when I brought my 2017 Harley Davidson in for the first 1000-mile service. Kevin was my Service Advisor during my visit on October 28, 2017. He provided excellent customer service and when I told him I would like my Harley to be louder but legal, he provided a recommendation to add the Screaming Eagle slip on mufflers. Both Kevin and Don (Service Manager) demonstrated the sound of the muffler using two other motorcycles. There wasn't any black versions of the muffler in stock, so they were placed on order and will be mounted free of charge on November 4. I am totally satisfied with the helpful service provided.

Great people, huge store. I wouldn't buy a motorcycle from anyone else. Awesome people. They do not pressure you into buying anything, and they go the extra mile to take care of the customer. I will never go anywhere else for my motorcycle. Everyone that works here is very friendly.
