I had a great experience at Professional Auto Sales. Marc is great, I went there looking at a specific vehicle and it was on the lot but it had a transmission issue so it wasn't for sale. I asked him if he could get the vehicle fixed and sell it to me and he refused to do so he said he wouldn't feel right selling me what would be in lack of a better term a "lemon" in the long run. Lots of other car lots would have had it fixed well enough to write the deal and get it off the lot, putting me on the hook for a car that wouldn't serve its purpose. Marc went to bat for me with the bank he pushed my work history with them and he got me financed and put me in a car I never dreamed I would qualify for I ended up with a great mileage Acura MDX. I'm very pleased with the car and the service I received, everyone there is very friendly and more than willing to help, it wasn't a pushy hurry up and buy type deal like I've experienced at big name dealers and it wasn't the type of small dealership that deals specifically with people with credit hiccups and makes them feel like they are their only hope and the 99 Taurus with 300k on the dash is the best deal you're going to get. Marc I truly appreciate the job you did for me you and your staff were constantly professionals THANK YOU SO MUCH, you have gained a customer for life. We will be back in a few weeks to hopefully buy another car.
