Car broke down after 2months. Needed a new engine. They couldn't cover it under my warranty but they were able to let me make payments on it. Phone calls were hit and miss but it got done. And they fixed my window for me at a very good price. All things considered I do love my car!

I'm beyond disgusted with this dealership and everyone who works here. I had my eye on a gorgeous gray 2008 Ford Escape Hybrid on their lot. I'm young and inexperienced but after someone hit and totaled my first car that I had a loan on, I figured my best option was to purchase my second car in cash up front. I was informed that there were no issues with the car so I felt it was safe to purchase the car as is. Took all my money out of savings and forked it over to these greasy businessmen. Not 24 hours later, I had my ABS light come on. Took it into Priority Ford who diagnosed the issue as a broken HCU. They told me this was a VERY common issue with my model of car, which Auto City has sold before and also had two other exact same models on their lot they were selling. Priority Ford informed me that there was NO WAY Auto City didn't know about the issue when they sold it to me. After two weeks of calling Matt the owner, he finally returned my avoided phone calls and said that I would have to take it to their mechanic. They said it was exactly what Priority said it was and told me to wait for an estimate. Matt got me a 300 dollar discount... on a 1700 dollar fix! I just recently got the money for the repair, it took their mechanic an entire week to fix it. Finally, I think I'm free of the drama... and a belt broke. This company needs to be shut down. Shady businessmen and awful service. Do. Not. Trust Them.
Update: After discussing things with Matt, he agreed to refund me $200. Another option he provided was to pay half of a warranty price. Unfortunately, I don't currently have the money for a warranty so I chose to accept the check instead.
I just got my 2011 terrain from auto city there price was very good. Staff was so nice the process was quick and easy. I recommend everyone to go there thanks auto city :)
