Same as every other Lowes. Customer service was a bit geto. Lol. Nothing terrible, nothing great.
Purchased exterior French doors & paid to have them installed. The doors came in to the store 14 days ago and they've yet to be installed. We called the manager day before yesterday and I also spoke to someone in the doors department. They said someone would call us yesterday. No one did. I'm not surprised. No one there cares. I spent almost $2,000. Guess I'll be calling corporate Friday. We're doing remodels on our home, and we won't be spending another dime at Lowes. Will take our money elsewhere. Never been so disappointed in a store. If I could give zero stars I would have. You didn't even deserve this one.

A Lowe's, I'm not sure why people go in there and expect the people working there to know anything, they are only working there to sell the products Lowe's want you to buy. they are not contractors, they are not construction workers, they are sales people for Lowe's. they don't hire people that know anything if you do know something you can't get a job there.
Terrible Customer Service. I asked 2 women for help and they both had an attitude (I say n. I said miss can I please get some help and she didn't even respond to me. Instead he pressed something and the intercom came on saying customer needed assistance. 10 minutes past, still no assistance so I walked out. I will never shop at this location again. Sucks that lowes employee's treat their customer like this. What happened to customer service?
Not very happy with customer service. Purchased water heater and other items. I approached two employees and one took me to the back area and the other told me where to go not bothering to take me to the area. Mr. William was on a latter and got off to help me. This is why I do not shop at Lowe's. There was no home depot near. My cashier Stacey was also very helpful. I did speak with a manager.
