I can honestly say that this is one of the worst companies I have dealt with. My experience with them has been horrible. They have mixed me up with another customer more then FIVE TIMES. Despite having a separate account number, address, and different car our accounts are still being mixed up. Whoever posts payments to the account clearly is not doing their job good because this shouldn’t keep happening. I’m beyond frustrated with this company and I can not wait to have my car loan refinanced with a different company or either paid off.
I emailed to inquire about why they were not reporting on my credit report a few months ago with no response. Do I decided to call and I was told that they were getting a new computer software and it should be updated within the next 30 days. So I called back about 45 to 60 days later because I did not see the update on my credit report for Transunion and was told to call back in another 30 days if I don't see a resolution. One lady was helping me And she transferred me to someone named Kelly. She told me the exact same thing and she seemed a little cynical and rude. She said that she wasn't the one who helped me previously but she's telling me now what is going on. I asked for the corporate office number and Kelly stated they don't have a corporate office number. Really?!? She told me to call back tomorrow to speak to their assistant manager Melanie bunch. I've already emailed her once with no response. I think customer service is very important and ensuring that you respond to customer's emails. They have failed on this and I am extremely disappointed
You can't trust this company especially Melanie.
I just called and Tina answered the phone, I asked a simple question and she was so pissed!
The negative reviews about this company are definitely correct. Unbelievable! Please don't expect anyone there to help you! They ALL act like you're bothering them when you call to get some assistance. Whatever happened to customer service nowadays? I guess these rude, unworkable, unhelpful, incompetent ladies forgot that customers are the reason why they're still employed by Atlantic Financial Services. Do everyone a favor if you're not happy or love what your doing then find another job instead of making customers suffer with your useless antics.
