Dr. Martin has been my children's dentist since 2006. My only complaint is the wait time. It seems they book too many patients at the same time so I am often sitting about 1 hour or more between the wait room then the chair waiting for my children to actually be serviced. Otherwise, the staff is friendly and the office manager even worked with me when we found out my oldest child's insurance was no longer active. Will never go anywhere else.
This place is a joke! We were told they were in network for our insurance only to find out after all the dental work they are not. Now they are trying to bill us a rediculous amount of money that they reassured us would be covered under our dental plan and added stuff that wasn't discussed or in our treatment plan and estimate they gave us. When i called to discuss why we had recieved this bill the lady on the phone was very rude and was yelling at me. She said she would contact my insurance and find out why it wasnt paid. She never did and they still keep calling me about paying it. News flash im not paying you! She swore up and down they were in network but they definitely arent! I would bever recommend them to anyone.
