Looking forward to stopping back in once I get my Mom moved and have more time to peruse the aisles. I also liked the fact that any books that he already has a copy of gets donated to local churches. Not many independent book stores around anymore so do yourself a favor and stop by.
This is a quaint book shop nestled in the middle of Churchland that offers a fine selection of books of different topics ranging from education to entertainment. The owner is kind and gives excellent service. He helps people find what they are looking and also accepts used books for store credit to get books. The other reason I recommend this place is the permanent discount. His books are always 50 percent off cover price everyday.
First time visit today. I dropped off a couple of boxes of books since my Mom is moving and didn't want to carry the books with her. The owner was great and set up a store credit for the next time I am there.

If you are an avid reader then this is the book store for you. The Book Owl is a one of a kind book store. For adults and children you will find books for every type of interest & passion to something new and unexpected. The owner Nelson knows every inch of the store and can locate a book for you in quick time. He takes special orders and will ship books anywhere in the world. I was happy to see they do gift certificates for that hard to buy for person. They also have music for all tastes which was a neat surprise. I will definitely recommend this store to family, coworkers and friends!!
